These drawing lessons are so helpful and fun! The way you break it down makes it so much easier. Thank you!

EXPERIENCE FIGURATIVE MAGIC!
Create expressive, dynamic figures. Express mood and personality. All in your own, unique style.
The figure has been at the center of the art world since the beginning of history. From cave paintings to anime, painting the figure has allows people to tell their most personal stories.
In this 2 week workshop, Gabriel will teach you how to see the figure in the abstract. He'll work from live models and demonstrate how to work from photographs and sketches, as well.
The workshop will focus on all of the important elements: lighting, poses, composition and more!
I'M READY TO MASTER THE FIGUREWow, I feel REALLY excited by this!!! Love the immediacy and rawness. Love that it gets away from to much control. This is how I want to paint!

Meet Your Instructor:
Gabriel Mark Lipper, professional painter, exceptional instructor and founder of 8Paint Infinite Arts.
After years of suffering through the rigors of classical training, I came to develop my own way of seeing. One that felt authentic to me and lit me up, from the inside out. It combined the traditional academic approach with my own contemporary style and love of painting. It was a long road to get here and, let's be honest, the creative path is one of realization and self-discovery that never really ends.
Over the last 25 years working as a professional painter, and through much trial and error, I came to develop the specific tools and techniques necessary to build a strong foundation and inner confidence. It's from this place, that creative freedom, flow and transformation is achieved.
And this is why I created the Summer Workshop Series! I want to give you the lessons that took me years to learn and help catapult you to new heights.

Just loved watching this series...It was fabulous to see you using the range of techniques and working on the canvas. Some simple things like the way gel gloss the tape, spread the gel gloss, work with the painters’ rules. Really inspirational.
-Elspeth MacDonald
I loved these videos— the pencil drawings and sanding back added so much interest and fun.
-Cathryn Collopy O'Donnell
Practice and more practice required, certainly. Drawing along with you, focusing on gesture instead of detail was really helpful as a way to capture the form.
-Margaret Fetty
This was a great lesson. All the details about hands and feet were so helpful.
