As a rule, my team tries to reply to all questions within a business day. They often get back to you on the same day.

I know a phone call might be quicker, but here’s why we prefer email:

• We can thoroughly research your issue at hand and get back to you with a more complete answer, AND you can refer to it again if you need to.
• Email helps our customer service team figure out most common questions and in the end, helps us improve our course and website when we see certain patterns arising.
• We have team members that can monitor the help emails, so that response time is more expedient that we can via phone.

There could be a few reasons for this. Below are some common solutions:

Why is My Email Delivering to the Promotions Tab?

Gmail moves marketing and bulk emails, such as deals, offers, and other promotional messages, into the Promotions tab. Emails sent through 8paint can typically end up here because we use an Email Service Provider (ESP).

Getting Emails Delivered to the Primary Tab

Gmail’s Primary tab includes all emails from people you know and any other messages that don’t appear in other tabs. Getting your email to land in a contact’s Primary tab is naturally hard to control — it’s all up to the recipient!

Moving an Email to the Primary Tab

Your contacts may decide to move you into their Primary tab by clicking and dragging one of your emails from the Promotions tab. By doing so, all future emails from you will be delivered to the Primary tab.

Add our email to your contacts list

Here are some things you can do to help your emails land in the Primary tab or your inbox:

Add theteam@8paint address to your contact list. In Gmail, this can be done by hovering over the senders name in the top-left corner of the email, and then clicking “Add to Contacts.” Emails from a subscriber’s contacts always go to the Primary inbox. In most other email applications, such as Apple Mail, adding our name and email address to your contacts list will help to avoid our emails going to the spam folder.

Once you are logged in, you will be directed to your Library. Your Library will list the current course(s) and/or workshop(s) that you are enrolled.

By clicking on any one of the items in your Library, you will then go to that specific course or workshop dashboard.

Yes! To access any course or workshop, you will need to have an account.

If you do not have an account yet, when you join a course or a workshop, even a free one, it will auto generate into your account and you will receive an email at the email account you used with your account information.

Note that this will also happen if your first thing is to purchase something from 8paint Infinite Arts. Everything is under one account here. You can read through the FAQS tabs to learn more about accessing your account.

You ALWAYS have to be logged in to access ANY of your content.

Your profile image can be updated in your Account settings. You can access your Account Settings by clicking on your Profile Icon in the top menu bar and then select Settings, or CLICK HERE to go to your account.

Once you're on your account page, scroll down to the Profile Settings section.

1. Click on the button Change Avatar and you can drag and drop a profile image from your computer or device and upload it to your account. 

2. Once you have uploaded your image, scroll further down the page to the Password section. IMPORTANT: If you don't need to change your password, leave the Current Password field blank. (You may have to delete the dots in the field.)

3. Scroll to the top of the page and click on the Save button.

Your profile image should now be updated!

There are two ways to change your password.

1. Change your password if you forgot your password.

2. Change your password in your account settings page.

Option 1: If you forgot your password, you can always reset it by clicking on the "Forgot Password" on the log in page. You will receive a prompt to enter in your email address and the system will email you instructions on how to reset your password.

Option 2:  You can update your password on your Account Page. 

In your Account Page, scroll down to the section Password and enter your new password in the New Password field. You will also need to verify your new password in the Verify Password field.

Once you enter and verify your new password, scroll back to the top of the page and click on the Save Button to update your password.

Be sure that you write down your new password somewhere so in case you forget, you'll can always refer to your notes!

To find all of your courses or workshop please see “My Library" by clicking on your Profile Image in the navigation bar across the top part of every page. Then click the “My Library” link that appears.

Once on your "My Library" page please scroll down and you will find all of your free and paid courses and workshops as well as your progression in each. Click on the course name to enter that course.

*Note: You MUST be Logged in to view the content on the My Library page.

If you can’t access the course make sure you have completed your purchase and received the confirmation email. Check your SPAM folder in your email application to be sure & also if it is in SPAM, please mark it “Not SPAM” so it does not go there next time.

If you are on a course page you will find the lessons toward the bottom of the page. If you have purchased that course, you can click the lesson title to access each individual lesson and be taken to it. Again, you MUST be logged in to access the content. If you are not logged in when you click on a lesson, or have not purchased the course, it will simply lead you back to that course home page. Even if it is a FREE course. Even Free courses must go through the process of joining.
